Dan Hoffman, LCSW
I see psychotherapy as a relational process and catalyst for self-understanding and agency, helping people move toward a more fulfilling life.
My orientation is psychodynamic, grounded in the belief that much of the trouble starts outside of consciousness. In therapy, we work together to bring these experiences into awareness and find new ways of coping with life’s challenges.
In addition to individual therapy, I also work with families struggling with a loved one’s severe mental illness.
