Individual Therapy
I see adults and adolescents in individual therapy via tele-health. You may seek therapy for specific reasons or have troubling emotions that are confusing or unexpected. Successful therapy relies on having your feelings understood and establishing a meaningful, collaborative connection with your therapist.
Individual therapy can help you with:
- relationship problems at home or work
- chronic stress or unexplained stress
- grief, loss or depression
- recovering from traumatic situations, events, or relationships
- sadness, anger, irritability, fear or anxiety without apparent cause
- lack of pleasure from or interest in your usual activities or relationships
- chronic illness
- concern or dissatisfaction over the direction of your life
- low self-confidence, insecurity or inadequacy
- shame or guilt over recent actions

I am in-network via Headway with Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and United.
Otherwise, we can negotiate a private pay fee, and I can prepare invoices to be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement.
